1A. Yes everything sold on BuyJewelry.com is 100% genuine. We do NOT sell synthetics or costume jewelry.

2Q. Are your stones treated in any way?
2A. The vast majority of our stones have not been treated in any way. However, certain gemstones have undergone treatments that are widely accepted standards in the industry, see below. Please note that gemstones in our Jyotish Store have not been treated.

3Q. Do you charge for ring sizing?
3A. No. We carry a large inventory of each piece and sell it in several sizes. If you are unable to find your size please contact us and we may be able to special order it.

4Q. What type of warranty to do you offer on your products?
4A. We offer a 1 year warranty on our pieces against defects in workmanship.

5Q. Where is your jewelry manufactured?
5A. We manufacture our jewelry in our facilities in the US and overseas.

6Q. I don't know my ring size, what do I do?

7Q. What are the quality of the diamonds used in your jewelry?
7A. We use diamonds ranging from good to premium in our jewelry. The quality of diamonds used in a specific piece is noted in the details section of each product page.

8Q. I like one of your pieces but want to change something about it (ie. Larger stone, more/less expensive diamonds, white gold instead of yellow, etc…), is this possible?
8A. Yes, we will do our best to accommodate a customer's request. However the price and delivery may change depending on the change required. To request more info contact us.

9Q. Can I see additional photos of a piece?
9A. Yes, if you would like additional photos of a piece contact us with the name or description of the piece.

1A. Most orders received before 12 PM EST will go out the same day. The time it takes for to you receive order depends on the shipping method you choose. See table below.

You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking number.

2Q. Do I need to be home or available to receive my package?
2A. Deliveries require an adult signature.

3Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
3A. Shipping is calculated by UPS. We also offer Free Shipping via USPS.

4Q. If I return an item will my shipping charges be reimbursed?
4A. Sorry we cannot reimburse any UPS Shipping Charges. However we are currently offering Free Return Shipping (We will send you a label to affix to your package, so you will not have to pay any shipping to return an item).

1A. Contact us and we will be happy to take care of this for you.

2Q. Do you charge interest on layaway purchases?
2A. We do not charge interest.

3Q. When will my layaway purchase ship?
3A. Layaway purchases usually ship on the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM EST.

4Q. Do you offer a layaway option on all your products?
4A. No we offer the layaway option on many, but not all of our products.

Return Policy
1Q. What is your return policy?
1A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will gladly issue you a refund or an exchange at your option within 21 days of your purchase. The product must in new and an unused condition. Before, you return something please contact us to obtain an RMA #. You will need to write the RMA # on the outside of the package before sending it back. Please note, if the RMA # is not written on the outside of the package we won't be able to accept it.

3A. We ask that you get an RMA # so that we can better track returns and ensure that you are properly refunded. We sincerely hope this is not too much of an inconvenience.

4Q. How will I be refunded?
4A. You will be refunded in the original payment method. For example if you used your VISA card to make a purchase we will credit your VISA card the appropriate amount.

5Q. Are shipping charges reimbursed?
5A. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping charges.

6Q. How long before my refund will be issued?
6A. We usually issue refunds within 48 hours of receiving a returned item in the mail.
