on BuyJewelry.com is 100% genuine. We do NOT sell synthetics or
costume jewelry.

way?
2A. The vast majority of our stones have not been
treated in any way. However, certain gemstones have undergone
treatments that are widely accepted standards in the industry,
see below. Please note that gemstones in our Jyotish Store have
not been treated.

3Q. Do you charge for ring sizing?
3A. No. We carry a
large inventory of each piece and sell it in several sizes. If
you are unable to find your size please contact us and we may be able to special
order it.

on your products?
4A. We offer a 1 year warranty on our pieces against defects in workmanship.
5Q. Where is your jewelry
manufactured?
5A. We manufacture our jewelry in our
facilities in the US and overseas.

premium in our jewelry. The quality of diamonds used in a

8A. Yes, we will do our best to accommodate a
customer's request. However the price and delivery may change

adult signature.

shipping?
3A. Shipping is calculated by UPS. We also offer Free Shipping via USPS.
4Q. If I return an item will my shipping
charges be reimbursed?
4A. Sorry we cannot reimburse any UPS Shipping Charges. However we are currently offering Free Return Shipping (We will send you a label to affix to your package, so you will not have to pay any shipping to return an item).

many, but not all of our products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we
will gladly issue you a refund or an exchange at your option
within 21 days of your purchase. The product must in new and an
unused condition. Before, you return something please contact us to obtain an RMA #. You will need to write the RMA # on
the outside of the package before sending it back. Please note,
if the RMA # is not written on the outside of the package we
won't be able to accept it.
